The sorrowful poet of Yan and Zhao, meets Gu Meng's family. 

My heart's words are few, yet the days ahead are growing longer. 

This is a farewell poem titled 'Encountering a Hero' written by the poet Qian Qi of the middle Tang Dynasty. It describes that in the land of Yan and Zhao, there are many heroic and passionate individuals. Today, we meet in Luoyang, the hometown of Ju Meng. The sorrowful and resentful feelings in our hearts cannot be fully expressed to you. However, as the sun sets in the west, we have no choice but to part ways. 

Yan and Zhao are the names used to refer to Hebei Province. During the Warring States Period, Hebei was the territory of the states of Yan and Zhao. Therefore, later generations used the term 'Yan and Zhao land' to refer to Hebei. Hebei has always produced men of great spirit and passionate nature, such as the brave and heroic Yu Dan who died for his true friend; the assassin Jing Ke who said 'The wind howls and the water of the Xie River is cold'; the warlord Zhang Fei from Zhuo County who shouted loudly at the Dangyang Bridge; and the hero Changle Xiang Zizhuo who single-handedly saved the people at Changba Shan; and even the 'Six Gentlemen of the Reform Movement' who died heroically after the failure of the reform movement. 

Generosity and loyalty have become the defining characteristics of the people of Hebei. Mao Haijun, the sales manager of the marketing department, is from Qinhuangdao, Hebei. In him, the identity traits and personality traits of the people of Hebei are very evident.

I remember Jin Yong's 'Eight Dragons', when Qiao Feng first appeared, he met Duan Yu by chance in a restaurant, and there was such a passage: 'Duan Yu secretly drank the sound in his heart: What a big fellow! This must be a sad and generous man in Yanzhao Northland. No matter Jiangnan or Dali, there will be no such figures. ' And this is my first feeling when I first met Manager Mao.

The first time I met manager Mao was in the aisle near the company gate. He just came in from the door and met me head-on. His broad figure made me feel the road narrow, and I couldn't help secretly calling out, 'What a big fellow!' However, although his figure is rich, his pace is magnificent, his eyes are firm and fair, and he looks around with great power. My first feeling is that he must be from Hebei or Shandong.

Heroes are not judged by their origins.

Mao Haijun had no formal education and his career started from a very low point. When he first came to Shenzhen, he had to work as a security guard. However, Mao Haijun had higher aspirations for his life. Not long after, he was hired by a company to work as a salesperson. But soon after, the company went bankrupt. But through this short period of experience, Mao Haijun's confidence in doing sales was strengthened. Mao Haijun felt that he could fully demonstrate his abilities in sales and realize his life goals. 

On the first day of July 2001, Mao Haijun officially joined Nanhuaxi Company, beginning his journey of striving at Nanhuaxi. 

The initial days were always tough. On one hand, the company was still in its infancy and lacked a recognizable brand and reputation. On the other hand, he himself had only been in the business for a short time and lacked experience and accumulation. The future looked bleak, and Mao Haijun could only forge ahead with his sweat. 

Ma Huaishan's chest and abdomen were soft, but his speech was rather dry. When I tried to explore his past glorious years and hardworking experiences, I thought we could talk for a long time. But unexpectedly, he finished his words in just one sentence. He said, 'There's nothing much to say. Just do things seriously. I can't recall any special stories.' His words were so dry that they didn't even contain a single trace of emotion. Perhaps for him, talking about something glorious would feel like boasting, and talking about something difficult would make him feel overly sentimental. He just couldn't bring himself to say anything. This actually fits his character. 

However, I am also a careless person. Since he didn't mention it, I simply skipped it and didn't ask any more. But his hardships, his struggles - even though he didn't tell me, I could still imagine them. And I'm sure everyone else could imagine them as well. 

After more than a decade of efforts, Mao Haijun no longer needs to worry about finding new clients. His annual sales revenue has consistently ranked among the top three of the company. The main client is Shuangxiang Real Estate, with which he has had a cooperation of over a decade. Currently, it is a strategic purchasing client of the company. 

Walking on the streets of Shekou at night, behind those brilliant lights, there were always the busy figures of Mao Haijun. Within this dazzling array of lights, Mao Haijun also had his own lamp, window and home. Shekou is one of the places with the highest housing prices in Shenzhen and even the whole country. Being able to own a house in this place of gold and silver might have been one of the futures Mao Haijun imagined countless times when he first arrived in Shenzhen.

A strict teacher produces outstanding students

After more than a decade of hard work and experience, Mao Haijun can now be regarded as an experienced veteran in the company's sales department. Therefore, starting from last year, the company assigned a new salesperson to accompany Mao Haijun. Mao Haijun is also extremely strict with his apprentice Wang Yiming. He sets high standards and requirements for his work, and provides more work training and hands-on guidance in daily operations. 

After a period of training and cultivation, Wang Yiming has fully acquired the ability to work independently and possesses the potential of a new business star. He not only learned from his master's diligence and conscientiousness, but even picked up his master's hurried and impulsive personality as well.

The sentiments of the Han Dynasty

Mao Haijun not only has a generous and bold side, but also has a tender and delicate side. 

In the company, the annual New Year bonus is mostly given to Mao Haijun, apart from the boss. And every time there is a WeChat红包， Mao Haijun's红包 is also the one that gets the most competition. 

Under Mao Haijun's rough appearance, his tender and delicate side is particularly touching. Mao Haijun has two women. The younger one is only a little over three years old. Once in the office, Mao Haijun held his mobile phone and said to everyone, 'This sticker was put by my daughter.' The happiness and pride on his face moved everyone around. 

At the same time, Mao Haijun also possessed the unique sentiments of the people of Yan Zhuo and the northern region. He was generous and loyal, with an ancient-style demeanor, and also had a sense of tranquility. In his ideal life, there was another picture: a mountain, a pavilion, sitting by the stream in the morning, and watching the clouds on the cliff in the evening. From then on, he remained isolated from the world, not engaging in the clamor and disputes of others... 

He said that this was the kind of life belonging he had always longed for.
