Construct a Hope Primary School

In 2006, a Hope Primary School named "Shibupuyuanzhen" was donated and built in Huajiu Town, Tongzi County, Guizhou Province.

Rural Teachers and Students Study Tour

Every summer vacation, we invite 30 to 40 teachers and students from rural areas to come to Shenzhen for a one-week study tour.

East China Jiaotong University "Nanhuaxi Scholarship"

In 2016, 2 million yuan was donated to establish it; in 2023, another 5 million yuan was donated, and "Principal Scholarship" and "Special Scholarship" were also added.

Tongzi No.1 High School "Nanhuaxi Scholarship and Assistance Fund"

It was funded with 2 million yuan in 2018 and established.

"Nanhuaxi Teaching and Scholarship Award" of Huiaoxiu Central School

In 2020, 3 million yuan was donated to establish it, which is divided into two parts: the teaching award fund and the student assistance fund.

School uniform donation

Since 2016, we have been donating school uniforms to Shibu Primary School and Hongguang Primary School in Tongzi County (approximately 500 sets each year).

Book Donation

In 2017, we donated over 3,900 books to four schools in Huajiu Town, Tongzi County, namely Huajiu Middle School, Hualong Middle School, Shibu Primary School and Hongguang Primary School.

Constructing a synthetic track and school gate for Shibu Primary School

The synthetic track was completed and put into use in September 2020; the school gate was completed in 2023.

Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Fund

Providing the closest assistance to the employees of Nanhuaxi. Since its establishment, dozens of employees have applied for this expense to the company every year.

Employee Relative Assistance Fund

The hardship relief funds for the relatives of employees cover not only the immediate family members of the employees, but also their collateral relatives.

Employee and Family Member Education Assistance Fund

Provide educational assistance to the children of employees in difficult situations and the children of the employees' relatives.

Employee Children Education Dream Fund

A special fund for employees' children is provided once a year to help the children of employees realize one of their personal dreams each year (the amount ranges from 5,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan).

Employee's parents' Double Ninth Day seniority pension

On the Double Ninth Festival, we express our deep respect and care for the elderly. For employees whose parents are 70 years old or older, they can apply to the company for a 1000 yuan per person elderly care allowance every Double Ninth Festival.

Wen's Care Fund

In 2015, the "Shibu Wenshi Care Fund" was established to provide educational and medical assistance to the families in need of support at Shibu Wenshi.

Double Ninth Festival Gift Money

On the Double Ninth Festival every year, a 1000 yuan per person consolation fund is distributed to the elderly in the Shibu area of Tongzi County (86 people received it in 2020).

Special Assistance Fund for Vulnerable Groups

Every year, a certain amount of financial assistance is provided to the disadvantaged people in the Shibu area of Tongzi County.

University scholarship/Grant

The village of Shi Bu provided economic rewards ranging from 1,000 yuan to 2,000 yuan to students who were admitted to universities (26 people received the rewards in 2020).

Donated funds for the construction of domestic water supply project for villagers in Shibu Village; Repaired roads in Shibu Village and installed solar street lamps; Participated in donating funds for the construction of Shibu Hospital; Participated in donating funds for the reconstruction of Guanshizui Guanyin Temple; Donated for the construction of the cultural and entertainment square in Shibu Village. Donated to the welfare home in Huazhou Town; Donated to the elderly home in Huazhou Town; Donated to the retired education association in Huazhou Town.

Mid-Autumn Festival Warmth-Giving Activity

Since 2021, the "Southwest China Mid-Autumn Festival Warmth-Giving Visit to Hongwu Zhu Village" event has been held annually. In 2023, it was expanded to include Xinzhu Village and Hongmei Kangjiao Center.

Children's Micro Wishes for Realization of Dreams

Starting from 2022, the "Children's Wish Realization Micro-Project" has been held annually, delivering desired gifts to the children in Hongwuote Village. In 2023, this activity was expanded to Xinzhuang Village. In 2023, participating in the "Caring for the Elderly and Children" activity in Hongmei, we pledged to the Children's Integration Growth Project. In 2022, we donated 200,000 yuan to help rebuild the Panshi Academy in Wusha Village of Hongmei Town. We also donated sports facilities to three primary schools in Hongmei Town, including the Central Primary School. In 2021, we donated to the Dongguan Charity Association. In 2020, we donated 100,000 yuan in epidemic prevention funds to the Hongmei Town Epidemic Prevention Command Center.
