Recently, Nanhuaxi Electric successfully held the 2025 Production Skills Competition on April 28th. The awards ceremony was held that evening. The competition was divided into two categories: sheet metal production skills and complete set production skills, attracting dozens of employees to participate. The competition aimed to motivate employees to strive to improve their professional skills and create a favorable atmosphere of 'competition, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing'. 

Sheet metal production skills competition 

The sheet metal production skills competition included two skills tests: welding and grinding. The competition content consisted of both theoretical and practical sections. Among them, the theoretical score accounted for 30%, and the practical score accounted for 70%. The total score of the two tests was the employee's competition score. The final award results are as follows: 

Welding Team: First place, Meng Yongbian; Second place, Fu Dalili; Third place, Tao Wei. 

Polishing Team: First place, Liu Zengshuang; Second place, Zeng Zhaofeng; Third place, Liang Decheng.

Complete set production skills competition 

The complete production skills competition is also divided into two parts: theory and practical operation. The theory score accounts for 30%, and the practical operation score accounts for 70%. The difference is that the complete production is conducted in a team format. There are nine teams in total, with four people in each team. Two people work on the first line, one person on the second line, and another one for installation. The final award results are as follows: 

First place: Zeng Jie, Wu Zhirang, You Jinjin, Li Meini 

Second place: Fan Yan, Sun Xiaoyan, Chen Zijian, Ren Dequan 

Third place: Tian Ke, Cui Guojian, Chen Weiquan, Zhang Xiaofeng
