China Merchants Tower (formerly Leding Tower), located at the intersection of Wanghai Road and Industrial Road 2nd in Shekou Industrial Zone, Nanshan District. It is adjacent to Nanhai Rose Garden and villa area (planned) in the east, Nanhai Hotel and Hilton Hotel in the south, Bi Tao Villa and Woods Apartment in the west, and lush Nanshan Mountain in the north. Designed by the world's top design firm, SOM from the United States, it features a 18-meter wide lobby and a standard floor height of 4.5 meters. It has an intelligent elevator reservation system and is the only mountain-sea office building in Shenzhen.
