Wuhancheng is the renovation project of Wuhuan Da Chong. It covers an area of 684,000 square meters and has a total construction area of nearly 3 million square meters. The Wuhan Da Chong renovation project is located in the east area of Nanshan Science and Technology Park, adjacent to Shennan Avenue. It includes a 300-meter-tall landmark office building and ancillary office buildings; a five-star hotel, two four-star hotels; a 180,000-square-meter super-large shopping mall and a commercial apartment and residential complex with a total area of 228,000 square meters. 

The main functions of the renovated land of Huarun Da Chong are divided into a mixed commercial area, a resettlement rental area and a residential area. Among them, the residential area includes the resettlement self-occupation area and the commercial housing area. The mixed commercial area consists of the main street, the waterfront area, the shopping center and the business and office area. Most of the properties in this area are for lease only and not for sale. The main street is a pedestrian street connecting the waterfront area and the business and office area. On both sides of the street, commercial activities such as dining and entertainment will be arranged. 

Binhu District will have a 300-meter-tall landmark office building and a five-star hotel. The shopping center will be transformed into 'Wanxiang City' in Nanshan, offering one-stop services including shopping, dining, leisure and entertainment, as well as a high-quality shopping environment. The entire residential area will include various types of residences such as low-rise, high-rise and super high-rise buildings, and will have private clubs, community parks and tree-lined paths inside.
