As of October 31st, all the 2023 annual South West Company employee children education dream grants, employee and family members; education assistance grants, and hardship employee assistance grants have been fully disbursed. This time, a total of 14 employee children received education dream grants; 11 employees and their family members received education assistance grants; and 3 employees with hardships received assistance grants.;

Both the Education Dream Grant and the Education Assistance Grant are awarded once a year. The Education Dream Grant is designed to help the children of employees realize one of their dreams each year during their university years. For instance, they can purchase a guitar, take a spontaneous trip, or simply have a romantic date. Employees can apply to the company for this grant, with the amount ranging from 5,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan. The Education Assistance Grant, on the other hand, is provided to the children and relatives of employees who are in financial difficulties for educational assistance.
